PROJECT ECONOMICS & FINANCING READINESS
Connect Charger Selection With the Project Business Case.
Financing is not a standard product bundled with every charger. Where relevant, we can help structure the technical and commercial information that investors, lenders or project partners need to evaluate the opportunity.

Build the Commercial Case Around Real Project Inputs
CAPEX & Deployment Scope
Equipment quantity, site electrical work, civil work, backend or communication scope and the phasing of the rollout.
Utilization & Revenue
Expected sessions, charging energy, tariff structure, fleet operating value or other revenue assumptions behind the site.
Energy & Operating Cost
Electricity tariff, demand charges, site operating cost, service assumptions and the effect of load management or storage where relevant.

Financing Readiness, Not Guaranteed Financing
Where a project will be presented to an investor, lender or strategic partner, Enmile can help organize the equipment scope and technical-commercial assumptions into a clearer project package. Actual financing availability, terms and credit decisions depend on the market, project and independent third parties; they are not guaranteed by Enmile.
SCOPE & DELIVERABLES
Make the Assumptions Reviewable.
An early business case should show why a configuration may work and what could make it fail. We help organize the equipment and operating assumptions so that the owner can compare alternatives and identify where better evidence is needed.
Installed-scope schedule
Separate charger and optional energy-system costs from grid connection, distribution, civil work, installation, backend and commissioning. Mark supplier quotations, estimates and unconfirmed items distinctly.
Operating-model inputs
Structure sessions, energy, pricing, vehicle duty cycles and opening-hour assumptions around the use case. Public-site revenue and fleet operational value should be evaluated on their own terms.
Scenario comparison
Compare a base case with slower demand, higher energy cost, a delayed opening or different expansion timing. Make the assumptions that change the equipment decision easy to find.
Financing-readiness pack
An agreed pack may organize equipment scope, phased CAPEX, operating assumptions, supporting documents and unresolved risks for discussion with investors or lenders. It is not an offer of credit or a guarantee of funding.
Inputs That Improve the Model
Share the tariff structure, available grid capacity, site lease or ownership costs, vehicle or traffic data, expected charging energy, preliminary installation costs and the proposed rollout. Use local evidence where available. Where an input is unknown, compare a range and identify what evidence would narrow it.
Questions Before We Start.
Can you provide a guaranteed payback period?
No. A model depends on demand, costs, implementation and operating performance. The purpose is to make those dependencies clear, rather than promise a financial outcome.
Does adding storage always improve project returns?
No. Storage introduces capital cost, operating constraints and additional interfaces. It should be assessed against a defined grid, tariff or operating requirement and compared with alternatives.
Does financing readiness mean Enmile supplies financing?
No. Financing availability, terms, eligibility and credit decisions sit with the relevant independent financing parties. Any introduction or separate advisory scope must be agreed explicitly.
