SITE FEASIBILITY & SYSTEM DESIGN

Turn a Charging Requirement Into a Buildable System.

Before equipment is selected, we review the vehicle demand, site power, parking layout, operating schedule and future expansion so the charging system starts from the real constraint.

What We Review

Vehicle & Use Case

Vehicle type, charging capability, connector requirement, battery size, dwell time and expected energy per session.

Site Power & Layout

Grid capacity, transformer arrangement, parking layout, cable routing, civil constraints and room for expansion.

Operations & Backend

Access method, payment or fleet workflow, communication requirement, backend integration and local service expectations.

Energy & Expansion

Future charging bays, load management, tariff structure and whether PV or storage may solve a defined site constraint.

What We Define

The output is a clearer basis for product selection and quotation: recommended charger power and quantity, preliminary site architecture, key electrical and communication interfaces, project assumptions and the questions that still require local engineering or regulatory confirmation.

What the Customer Gets

A practical technical basis for internal approval, supplier comparison, EPC discussion and the next stage of project engineering — without presenting preliminary design work as a substitute for licensed local engineering.

SCOPE & DELIVERABLES

A Decision Package Your Project Team Can Use.

The scope is agreed around the decision you need to make: an early product shortlist, a first-phase depot concept or a clearer basis for an EPC quotation. The work should leave assumptions visible and interfaces assigned.

01

Requirement brief

A structured record of vehicles, charging windows, energy needs, site capacity, connector requirements and first-phase scale. Missing inputs are identified with an owner instead of silently replaced by optimistic assumptions.

02

Configuration comparison

A comparison of practical charger power, quantity and layout options, with the trade-offs in simultaneous charging, expansion and service access explained. Storage is considered only where it addresses an identified constraint.

03

Preliminary system package

An agreed set of outputs can include a high-level architecture, indicative equipment schedule, interface register and questions for the local designer. The quotation states which drawings, calculations and revisions are included.

04

Next-stage action list

A record of what still requires a site survey, utility confirmation, vehicle data or licensed engineering. This gives the owner and EPC a common basis for deciding what to verify before equipment procurement.

What to Share at the Start

Send a site plan or marked-up sketch, available electrical capacity, vehicle models and numbers, arrival and departure windows, daily energy needs and the intended rollout phases. If these are incomplete, begin with the available information and identify which assumptions need validation.

Questions Before We Start.

Can the study start before the grid connection is confirmed?

Yes, an initial comparison can examine different capacity assumptions. The result should identify the grid information required before the equipment schedule and commercial offer are frozen.

Is this a construction-ready electrical design?

The initial service is a product and system planning package. Licensed design, protection coordination, conductor sizing, local approvals and construction documentation must be assigned explicitly to appropriately qualified parties.

Can an initial deployment be designed for later expansion?

Expansion can be considered in the layout, distribution and product selection. The project still needs to confirm the incremental equipment, civil work and electrical capacity required at each phase.
