INSTALLATION & EPC COORDINATION

Keep the Charger, Site and Installer Aligned.

Charging projects involve more than the equipment supplier. We help clarify interfaces so EPCs, installers and project owners work from the same configuration and documentation.

Installation and commissioning coordination
Installation and commissioning coordination

Where Coordination Matters

Electrical Interface

Input power, upstream protection, cable requirements, grounding, transformer or distribution interfaces and commissioning prerequisites.

Civil & Mechanical Interface

Equipment position, foundation or mounting requirement, parking layout, cable routing, service access and protection around the charging bay.

Communication & Backend

Network connection, backend requirements, remote communication, SIM or Ethernet arrangements and handover information where applicable.

Documentation Coordination

Datasheets, installation guides, drawings and other available technical documents are aligned with the selected product configuration so the local project team is not working from generic or mismatched information.

Clear Responsibility Boundaries

Enmile can support technical clarification and coordination between the equipment side and the local project team. Local permitting, code compliance, licensed design, installation and site acceptance remain the responsibility of qualified local parties unless a separate scope is explicitly agreed.

SCOPE & DELIVERABLES

Turn Interfaces Into an Agreed Handover.

Installation problems often begin as scope gaps: an unassigned cable, a network connection nobody ordered or a commissioning prerequisite discovered after delivery. The coordination package makes those interfaces visible before work reaches site.

01

Responsibility matrix

Define who supplies and installs foundations, distribution, cables, protection, communications and accessories, and who witnesses acceptance. Separate equipment supply from site work and local engineering.

02

Document register

Align the approved equipment schedule with available installation drawings, manuals, interface data and revision status. A register identifies requested documents, responsible parties and unresolved information.

03

Readiness review

Check the equipment-side prerequisites for delivery and commissioning with the local team: access, unloading, mounting, electrical supply, network connectivity and the agreed test environment.

04

Commissioning and handover record

Agree the product-side checks, backend test scope, issue register and handover documents. Record open items with an owner and completion condition so that handover is more than a delivery receipt.

One Scope, Several Responsible Parties

The local EPC or installer provides site-specific installation and statutory compliance within its agreed scope. Enmile coordinates equipment information and technical clarification. The project agreement identifies who owns design approval, energization, acceptance and any site attendance; these responsibilities are not inferred from the equipment quotation.

Questions Before We Start.

Can Enmile work with our appointed EPC?

Yes. Share the EPC contact, site drawings, proposed equipment scope and information request. Coordination can then focus on the interfaces that affect equipment selection, installation and acceptance.

Does equipment supply include local installation?

Only where a separate, explicit scope has been agreed with qualified local parties. Transport, unloading, civil work, installation and commissioning should each be identified as included or excluded.

When should commissioning requirements be agreed?

Before the final supply scope is frozen. Backend access, test vehicles, connectivity, site readiness and acceptance criteria can all affect the commissioning plan.
